problem upgrade to 5.0.9

HI,
I am using v5.0.7, had a message to upgrade to v 5.0.9, the first 2 times I tried to download like other got the message "File upgrade to 5.0.9. exe appears Malicious:. On the 3rd try the error message I received "shellExecuteEx failed code 1314 a required privelidge is not held by the client. The another " Exception EExternalException in module upgrade fh5_to 5_.0.9 TMP. AT 76c033cc. external exceptionC0000022. Last upgrade I had I had no end of problems. Please advise any help.

Also see threads V5.09 (10841) and FH V5.0.9b upgrade_fh5_to_5.0.9b.exe (10843).

I suspect you are using the Google Chrome browser, which appears to be notoriously problematic with zipped self-extracting downloads that FH and many other software products utilise.

Try using Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox instead, and you should have more success.

Hi , I was using SAFARI to download but changed as suggested to Mozilla Firefox, all seems well now after restarting once I downloaded with firefox, many thanks for your help.
