I want to save a list report with all the columns I've selected. I find on saving that there is only the name,date/year and reference number. Is there a way to save all the columns. I will find such a list useful on visiting Hereford records office.

Re: Saving List reports
I think the only way to achieve that is to use a Query.
When configuring Named List columns use Save to Query and give it an appropriate name.
Open this Query, and on the Rows tab, select the List tab at the bottom, and choose your Named List.
You can save the Result Set in various formats or simply print it.

After trial and error and revisiting Tutorial 13 managed to get the list how I wanted it. Many thanks tatewise.
