Book/Booklet

I have searched for an answer to this, but can't seem to find one. How does one separate parts of the 'Free Text' into chapters? And do the words 'Free Text' shown at the beginning appear when the book is printed? Can this phrase be altered to 'Chapter 1' and subsequent chapters (if available) be headed accordingly?
Cheers

Just add a free text section for each chapter.

To edit the Section details, select the section and then select settings to change the Heading which you set when you created the section.
