I would like to add some scrolls and embellishments to my family tree charts, I have included a background of tapestry effect.
Are there any Family Historian backgrounds and effects I can use ?

There are no built in FH backgrounds and effects, other than Diagram > Insert into Diagram > Text Box/Picture/Rectangle/etc.
However, there are plenty of images on the Internet you could use as Pictures.
You can then insert a Text Box with no Fill and place it on top of the Picture and Group them together.
Other possibilities involve an entire family tree image from the Internet overlaid with an FH tree with No Boxes style.

Finally, you can completely redesign the family tree layout using Diagram > Insert into Diagram components.
This is how Fan Charts are constructed.
