I started my family tree with my Great Grandfather as the root person. Is it possible to change this to another individual (i.e. Me)without entering all the data again?

Yes. This is from the 'Help' files:
'If you are in the Focus Window, right-click on their box and click on Make File Root from the dropdown menu that appears.
If you are in any other window, select the Individual's record and click on Edit > File Root > Set as File Root.'
