New Query Based on Kinsfolk Census To Do Table

Post by davidm_uk » 26 Jan 2013 15:34

I want to create a new custom query, based on the Kinsfolk Census To Do query, but that only lists ancestors and spouses of the chosen root.

Can someone point me in the right direction please.

You need to add some filters to the Rows tab using the Relations tab at the bottom.
e.g.
Condition: Exclude unless Relationship: Ancestor select This individual and Parameter Label Person.
There are options to Inc. original individual and Inc. spouses of relatives.

If you only want the Spouse of root Person instead of every relative then
Condition: Add if relationship: Spouse select This individual and Parameter Label Person (same as above).
