Special offer from My History

Post by admin » 13 Mar 2007 08:29

As many of you know My History  produce a printed copy of the FH manual, bound in a ring binder so extra pages can be added for new releases and printed on good quality paper in full colour,  we a pleased to announce they are offering £1 off the standard price for FHUG members,  just follow the link and make a note of the offer code on the first page and remember to put it in when you order the manual.

Not only that, but any purchases you make on the My-History site after following the link makes a donation to the FHUG coffers.
Here is the link to My History

Also don't forget to use the Amazon store when buying any products from Amazon as every purchase adds a little to the coffers.

Is this offer open to overseas members, and when does it close?

Oops. Somehow the category that allowed the discount code got changed by accident and we have just corrected it. Many apologies to those of you that got frustrated by our system. If only our shopping site software was as reliable as Family Historian...

I have not yet bought a subscription to a BMD source, but thought I would try several out first.

So, I have entered a name whose DOB was 1931 and another with a DOB of 1902. I know the BMDs for these two individuals.

No source I tried had all BMDs for these individuals, some had none.

What is the best, most reliable and most comprehensive source? Would be pleased to head of other member's experiences
