or have had a virus though, and it may be fairly easy to fix. You may want

If you have Norton products (e.g. Norton AntiVirus), you might also consider
doing a search in the Support area of the Symantec website

For techies
It should be noted this is a problem with the install routine rather than the program its self which is 32bit, Calico are addressing the problem in that the latest updates are being created by a newer installation program which does not use the 16 bit application area at all.
