Are you sure that this is the file you are looking at with Notepad?

Two significant enhancements added in v.4, but not mentioned above, are (i) Fact Queries and associated additional functions, and (ii) the built-in facility to Save as PDF which is especially useful to get a large tree diagram on to a single page.

Brian, I think I have been able to reproduce your problem. I presume you've ruled out using the =GetParagraph function because that outputs each paragraph in a separate column?  It also has the benefit of excluding 'hidden' text (in double square brackets).

Can you not simply email the GEDCOM file itself (from your Project .fh_data folder) rather than an exported extract from it? In any case, when I try Export, all the Repository records are included OK.
