I am still hopelessly lost with this. The changes suggested in this thread have already been made, some time ago. The citation window opens, often showing a specific citation note. If I delete or change that note does it edit the previous instances too or only the new one? I have begun to put import...

May be not relevant but there are some computers which were not recommended for the free W10 upgrade due to components being incompatible.

I was advised when starting a new Project but wanting the sources from an existing project, to copy the existing Project, with a new name and then delete all the people in the copy. One does this by adding all but one of the people to a named list and then deleting all the people in that Named List.
