Family Historian User Group

I want pictures of people and newspaper clippings of that person as their own individual media, not as citation. I dont know how or why it would import as citation vs individual. Is that decision part of the gedcom importing process?

After importing, then adding keywords, dates, renaming, ect 100's of media files I found that all/almost all are listed as Citation Media ( What is that called? media type?) I want them all to be individual, not citation How/Where can I change them all and not loose the links, keywords, dates in the...

I Figured it out.
In the .ged the "FILE" line never renamed, everything did but not there. I manually renamed the folders and 2 files back to the old name and it works...

It turns out I was wrong about the location of the 2 that are working, while I thought they were in a different location it turns out they are not.
