Yes, my windows version correctly support the filenames with those characters.

Fair enough, I agree that Templates would be a must,, if flexible, but I can not find a way to make them fit. I honestly think that the Templates originated some confusion for the users who had already structures in place and moving from a previous structure is quite difficult.
