Let me clarify that... (i just re-read your inquiry & my response)... I have Citation -specific URL's that I'd like to stay as Citation Note s, and Source URL's that need to stay with the Source Record Note . None of them ever were in Text From Source (FTM or FH). I have the same problem, only importing from FTM 2014.1. The FTM export puts all of my (11,000+!) web links into "_LINK" tabs, and FH7 brilliantly moved them in to the Note fields for each of the various records (as a GEDCOM "NOTE" tab) I figured out the scheme that Mike explains in his most recent ...
