I also have occasionally been receiving two copies of the weekly summary email. I received two this week. What I have now done to see if it makes a difference is to unsubscribe from the weekly list, wait a few days and then subscribe again to the list. Not scientific and will obviously take time to ...

If it helps, I looked at the email headers and they were sent from two different Amazon data centres - the first one from Ashburn, Virginia and the second from Seattle, Washington.
From the time stamps they were sent six minutes apart, and both to the same email address.

I followed Jane's advice and deleted the EBWebView folder. This has worked for me, I am now able to view FMP hints and the error 500 message is no longer appearing.

I have been experiencing the same issues with Family Historian trying to access FMP for several days. I am trying to access the site from the UK and receive the same error message.
There is no problem when I accesss FMP through an external web browser.

I contacted Calico Pie back in March 2021 and was informed that a V7 book would be produced, but there was no timescale at present.
