Given that there are many "families" with shared parents (remarriage, illegitmacy etc.) it is very frustrating to be limited to ONE spouse, and then go to as many separate charts as there are spouses. Would it be possible to show ALL spouses (spice?) on one chart as an option? It would make life an ...

Ancestral Sources - full date of birth update in FH database
AS permits entry of full date of birth (i.e. day month year) as shown on Canadian Census and 1939 Register, but does NOT update the FH database with this information on the birth record. This currently requires an edit on the FH databse after the census/register is posted.

I use the status field as a simple indicator on charts to record the state of the relationship on charts if it is other than "standard" i.e. divorced/ separated/ never married. Thanks Mike Tait. I never would have found it myself. It allows me to highlight parents of illegitimate children when I know they were never married (e. birth certificate says illegitimate).

marital status in diagrams
I want to show "Marital Status" in my text box in my diagrams (if non-blank) but cannot find how to reference. I know it should be simple but I cannot see how.
