Teresa, see the FHUG KB Remember Current Record(s) where the Create Individual Shortcut plugin is mentioned.
That article was written before FH v7 which now provides a way to open the last record used.

My selected font is TNR - definitely supports Polish diacritics as I use them in other apps with that font.

As I understand it, Windows 10 support won't end until 2025, so I think CP has some time to work on this. I'm sure the programmers are aware and would also imagine they build the software knowing that the Windows OS will be updated from time to time.

I have noticed this is an issue with FH (also with RootsMagic) - it doesn't play nicely with tiled windows. I generally work only on my laptop, rather than having it attached to the second monitor, so tile my windows.

You can mark any fact you want to hide as hidden using Tools > Fact Types and Edit for the relevant fact. You can also add or remove them to/from the Fast-Add Menu, which might be a better option -- customise the Fast-Add menu to just the facts you want. Stupid question - I don't see HOW to add to ...
