Re: Exporting Source Citation Media to FTM/Ancestry
Hi Mike I think you have found the issue. Everything is going into the FH Public/Export folder. And I guess this should point to where FTM expects to find it's media. Also I'm thinking the Keep Media Folders option should have been checked. But I'm not sure what to select from the Frame Naming optio...

Re: Exporting Source Citation Media to FTM/Ancestry
Hi Mike
Yes I am running version 4.6
This is what I see in FTM. The Links appear to be okay, It would appear it just can't find the actual image file(s)
FH to come next

Re: Exporting Source Citation Media to FTM/Ancestry
Hi Matthew and Mike I'm having a similar problem in that when running the Export Gedcom File Plug-In, the media is exported to FTM2019 and the media title is displayed against the Source Citation, but the media image is missing (not linked correctly). I'm no expert in FTM2019 and do not no if there ...

Thanks Mike. I found the plugin. But your query example offered greater flexibility. So i went that route.
Thanks for the help.

Query or Plug-In for Name Only Individuals
Hi Forum
Could someone please help me obtain a list of Name only Individuals. I recall having something for this in version 6, but I can remember if it was a Plug-In or a Query. I have since lost the solution.
Any help most welcome...

Which Template to use for Burial (CWGC)
Hi Forum
May I ask which would be the most appropriate source template (Essentials) to record burial details for records from the Commonwealth War Graves Commission please.
The Gravestone/Memorial/Monumental Inscription seems to fit, but I would like to hear about any other suggestions.
Thank you.

Re: Heads up for plugin authors in V7
I found a post which Bill had started and had instructions from Helen on what to remove. Did that and it fixed the problem with the error message for Mike's Backup and Restore Plugin.
Then I noticed I have a Plugin Data folder, see screen shot. Can this be removed?
Thank you.

Re: Heads up for plugin authors in V7
Hi All I found this post(s) by following links related to the same issue. I get the error when running Mike's Backup and Restore Plugin. The error occurred in 7.0.5.0 and having just upgraded to 7.0.7.0 it occurs there also. Sorry but I have tried to follow what to do with FH legacy files and folder...

Re: Fact Date > Before Date
Thanks Mike for digging deeper into this. I can see certain Date formats could prove to be a challenge on some displays. I do use 2 x wide screens linked to my laptop so i could accomodate the change if enabled. I'll post back here when I hear from CP.
Thanks everyone

Yes possibly Adrian, but it would be useful if it could be seen immediatley without having to click the fact. I have now reported the question to CP.
Thanks

Fact Date > Before Date
Hi Forum Is it possible to have the Fact Event Date = Before (bef) to be more precise? I would in some instances like to set the Birth Event Date equal to be Before the Baptism Date. But when doing this the Before date only displays the Year concerned and not the explicit date entered. See attached ...

Did you mean 'until 7.0.3'? I can't see 7.0.4 has been released yet.

Re: Search and Replace Plugin
Hi Mike
The Find Broken Links Plugin find 83 records in my live DB. A quick look shows a few records with no apparent broken link. I'll check this out further later this evening and advise.
Thank you very much.

You're a star Mike. I can then hopefully discover any other patterns causing this issue. By running the query or plugin after any updates.

I see, okay Mike I'll keep an eye out for similar issues going forward. Is there a simple query to find these issues? At the moment I have to scan All sources text from source and view all links.
