Hi, More thoughts,
I used the 'Create Custom Attribute' method but I did not go into the 'further refinements possible' section as at this early stage of learning I thought I might be out of my depth.

Hi, I believe that I have followed the procedure that you outlined. I do have the 'To Do' Tab with the large text box but it will not accept text. i have a Snagit screen grab of it but realise i do not know how to add an attachment to this post. The other tabs work as normal! Main, Facts, Notes, Med...

I have added. 'To Do' tab to the Individual Property Box using the 'Create. Custom Attribute Approach' in my project.
I click on the 'To Do' tab for an individual and I cannot work out how to actually enter any text!

Can anyone help please.
