A question when accessing various options of the Tools i.e. Tools>Work with Data>Occupation Once the Occupation List window comes up one of the choices is to look at the Records. Once a record is high lighted/selected, one of the options is to "Go To". Once you "Go To" the Occupation List goes away....

Is it possible to presort or sort the Input Filter based on a Place column before making a selection. If so,, that would speed up considerably a large list of places. My recently imported TMG project has 6700 places that I am trying to clean up.

In a program I have a large number of places that are not used according to the PLACE LIST generated by TOOLS/WORK WITH DATA/PALCES. I have verified these PLACES are not used by doing WHERE USED. How can I purge those places?

The process worked well. The one modification was to rename the Source and filling in information as I wanted it to appear in the Source dialog.

I have a database that I want to add a Record Source to all individuals.

Alternate is to add the same Source to all the Facts in the database.

Have database with Fact Type that is unused yet appears in a number of individual records. I want to delete that record type from all individual records that have no values. How can I delete without doing each individually?
