I just purchased the FH v7 upgrade. Have not installed yet, since awaiting an activation email (how long does that take to arrive?). Two questions; 1) Will my existing plugins, especially an export plugin, still work? 2) Is it possible to have both FH v6.2 and FH v7 installed, or even better, runnin...

Update: Rebooted the laptop, and loaded, saved, and closed FH. Then went to 'sleep mode' , returned from it, and no evidence of the popup parameter error so far. May have been latent from something in the last PC session perhaps? Will let you know if reoccurance.

Update: after closing the Error Box popup, task manager is clear. However, after returning from the next 'sleep mode' , even though FH has not been loaded, the same error and task manager entry appears.

I shall reboot the laptop to see if this rectifies or eliminates the issue.

Thought this thread might be a place to ask a related question. TNG provides the ability to mark an individual as 'private' and then, without appropriate rights, a user will not see any details, including initials or name, for that individual. Is there a way to set such a flag in Family Historian? I...

Thanks for the quick response. But it is only the first (in sequence) set of parents that appears in the 'ancestor' tab for the individual. The other will not be in the ancestor chart.

Thanks, in the meantime I found the plugin List all Citations for Source, which also lists the text and event/fact with the record IDs. The FH view is quick, but brief.

This will likely be an easy answer for most of you, but I couldn't find it . In TNG, I can list sources, then click on a source to see all persons with citations linked to that source.

I can list sources and number of record ID/citations, but how do I see those links/persons?
