Update: OK, found the Cause in the 'ALL' of Property Box, but it seems so separated from the descriptive note, yet brings it together when exported back to LFT. When entering new similar causes&notes, what would be the procedure in FH?

My FH data was migrated from LegacyFT . Legacy had some Medical notes like this: 1.jpg In FH, they appear as: 2.jpg In an FH Export to LFT (now secondary software) the 'Cause' has been retained. If you go to FH's Records Window , in the different tabs, there is an ' Updated ' field which should help you see what's changed. Yes, FTM could impact the FH media files. But perhaps still have the option, and the user doing so, is exporting to a secondary product, and should know the risks of direct links to the same media folder. Update : I believe early on I tried some of the other ABS options . It appears the other options export the media files, which I do not want. I was looking for the ABS file paths and w/o the actual media being exported. The REL File Path option exports no media files to the output folder. Thanks.

OK, sounds fine. FYI, just noticed one item that was preserved, or more likely not changed by 'installation settings' refresh, was the color chart custom colors, several of which I had created.
