Thanks Mike I'm getting a much clearer idea of where to head. I made a query which shows I have 162 census facts so plenty of data entry to do & images to find & link. So if I can do the delete in a batch that may be quicker than doing one by one. Appreciate if you can give me tips on the batch dele...
