*I've read that you may be able to use a vba macro in Word to generate a hyperlinked index. I haven't tried it and it has to be regenerated after any changes.

FH "Internet Search" works fine now on a machine without the update.

I found a machine without the update and I've tested the other product and it now works fine.
I'll have to install FH on this machine and test if the issue also goes away for FH.

It will at least help to try and track down the problem.

If it wasn't for a couple media items with long descriptions I wouldn't have noticed the issue.

The item "and set Import file name only" is the default setting so they wouldn't really have to change it unless they've been playing around. I tested the _FLGS and the private and living are working. As you said you can have both.

I also changed the _USED to Given Name Used which is appearing properly for the individual.
