After a Windows 10 update, I got the same error. I've never installed the above mentioned "Trusteer report". I have written to the seller and am waiting for their answer.
Any other suggestions ?

Tx. I was already afraid no preview would be possible. I normally make jpg from my documents, but PDF has the advantage of putting several pages together... I will use the play button to see them.

I have scanned in several documents as PDF files. In Windows 10 Explorer I can see them easily in the preview pane. Is there a possibility to view them from within FH?

How can I attach a residence in one go to husband and wife? I've found an old family book with a lot of addresses, but do I really have to put it in separately for both of them (or their children)?

Hi, I intend to upload my tree to the internet. Do I have to convert the linked faces to normal pictures first? If so, how ? I have a lot of them and am afraid of messing things up.
