Thank you very much Tatewise for taking so much trouble with your response. iMac's do screen captures in tiff so I will have to work out a way to send them by jpeg - I think I can convert them online before posting them. But a big thank you as that worked a treat!

Does anybody know why I have a yellow linkage between Mary Ellen Bennett & Thomas Sewell - I don't understand why there are these yellow bubbles below the 2 names? Does anyone know what this is please??
