Bearing in mind, I don't know what I'm doing yet ... I thought I'd just start my family tree by entering some basic family names and dates but I've already tied myself up in knots because of a strange family relationship. Two Carter sisters married two Gregor brothers so my cousin is my cousin twice...

I'm so glad somebody asked that question because I keep getting stumped with similar problems and dead-ends! Thanks for the helpful suggestions ... I shall go back to the drawing-board, too, and never surrender!
