All of a sudden, I am getting the following error message on my matches:
{"statusCode":400,"error":"Bad Request","message":"Invalid cookie header"}
Have I changed something in error?

Re: Duplicated Family
Mike & Colne Valley Girl.
Many thanks - I could not use merge as they have the same id's.
What did help was removing the additional family record id created incorrectly.
Thank you.

Duplicated Family
I have just noticed that I have a duplicated family. (Father, mother and 10 children and their families.).
The odd thing is that they all have exactly the same record id's. I cannot therefore just delete or unlink them.
Is there somewhere that I have overlooked for removing duplicate families?

Re: Calculated death date
Mike,
Many thanks - I may just take this up with My Heritage - I certainly like the idea of them pointing out errors, but this may be a little extreme?
Food for thought!

Re: Calculated death date
Mike, I'm trying to sort out a number of "inconsistency issues" that have been identified by My Heritage. I'm new to My Heritage and hadn't realised that if I do not put a death date into my FH programme, over 110 years of age shows an "inconsistency, Not come across this before, I assumed (!) all g...

Calculated death date
Sorry, I'm having a meltdown!
If I do not know the date of death, how can I show that i.e. if over 110 years old they have died?

Re: Internet Data Matches
Mike,
I read through the article which was very clear.
I will be sticking with the external version - much faster and no freezing/crashing!
Thank you

Internet Data Matches
Is it just me or is this system very slow? I only use it for FMP (Not My Heritage).
I do have a new laptop, but the link is often slow, sometimes freezes and other times just closes FH!
A very useful tool but it can be quite frustrating at times.

Mike,
Many thanks - all projects now transferred successfully - even a dozen or so media that I expected to lose!
Great support - thanks

I will check the capacity of my memory stick and hopefully I will transfer it that way - it does seem “less convoluted “.
Many thanks Mike,

Re: Transferring Projects to New Laptop
Many thanks Mike - Again! I have re-installed Version 6.2.7 and am not concerned with media as this is something i keep totally separate. Nor do I have any particular diagram icons. As you say, the idea was to synchronise the two before passing on my old laptop - I have tried drop box, but do not un...

All of a sudden, the links to FMP appear not to be working.
I am attaching a screen shot of the message (I have also reported it to FMP).

Hints
I have been having problems with the Hints.
When I go in to view the hints, be it 1939 Census or BMD the results appear briefly then fade away - I sometime have to "view" several times before it settles - am I doing something wrong?

Search for Individuals - Query
Is there a way I could create a query looking for an individual by also using Fathers/Mothers name? Or is there another way? I often need to find an individual where I do not have birth year i.e. at a marriage where age is shown as "full age" and it is a very hit and miss system with almost 40,000 n...
