With this McAfee problem I used that email address which is general_tech_help@mailuk.custhelp.com I have had an acknowledgement telling me I should get a response within 24 hours. Sorry if I didn't make myself clear.

I was using the 'add image' button and the list only showed one of each piece number (as stated). I didn't have this problem with Gedcom census. Indeed gedcom always reminded me if there was a similar image loaded.
