Thanks for that. I cloned the original & edited it under a new name. I had no idea I eithert should or could save the changes as you recommend. Is there somewhere I could read up about saving information, not just the usual backups when FH is exited?

Just started version 5 & very happy with it. I was pleased to see that under Diagram Options, there is a pre-defined text scheme for census data, so I tried it. But the ages shown on the diagram are CALCULATED ages from birth (each age advancing by 10 years), not the ages recorded with the census FA...
