My V4/5 upgrade was purchased online.

I have upgraded to v.5 and cannot now copy facts, e.g. census entries, from one person to another using the Property Box.  The copy button does not work. I tried re-installing FH v.5 but it still does not work and to compound the problem my v.5. Key no longer works so I am on a 30 day trial. [frown]...
