Have just had a look. Don't think it is worth the money. Because as far as i can see all it does is produce a list of items to search i.e. Births, Deaths, Marriages, Censuses etc. The list i'm sure can be produced better in Family Historian anyway by using queries and the websites it directs you to ...

Have you tried http://www.freecen.rootsweb.com
as they are trying to put all the censuses online for free a bit like the FreeBMD website.
They have all of Cornwall for 1891 apparently and about 89% for 1841 Census. For other counties and years check their database coverage.
