Yes a definite improvement on speed 10,500 individuals down from 20 Mins to 1 Min 45s.
And matching definitely seems to of been improved as well. One plugin which i didn't think i would need but definitely worth using as have found Duplicates, even though was sure that i had none.

A Query should certinly do what you want as have done a similar one for my self. Definitely something to do with 5.0.2.0 as have that version on my laptop and 5.0.1.0 on main PC. If i do search for Orphans query on main PC i get 12 Pools, which is about right, on the laptop i get 267 Pools so something has changed. It's more to do with 32 bit vs 64 bit, the ID's as produced by FamilySearch convert to numbers which are 64bit rather than 32bit, but saying that Simon has changed the way FH deals with this. Best shown using Binary 500169664414 - 111010001110100011011110110011110011110 1953458078 - ...

Not sur if this counts.
Batism 16/1/1805 in Chawleigh, Devon.
A John and Richard Woollway were baptised. Mothers name only given as Mary.
Nothing unusual there but in extra notes are written the words 'Twin Sons her husband abroad more than a year and a half'.

There are free alternatives you could use.
The main ones being Microsoft Security Essentials, Avast and AVG. There are probably others as well but they are the main free ones that are used.

Missing Census Districts- Warrington1841?
Looking on Ancestry all the Census Returns are there, unless some individual pages are missing. Ancestry actually show districts 1-22. I can see why you think other districts might be missing because drop down list shows 1 and then 10-16, iff you scroll down you will find all the other districts in ...

Have you tried OpenOffice (Free to download)
That seems to except dates fine for before 1901.
As use it myself and can do sort on Dates fine. And Date Column formatted as Date and as 'dd/mm/yyyy'

Maximum ahnentafel value
I would suspect is down to variable type used, as a Long Integer max value is +2,147,483,647, this does allow for 31 Generations though. The only way round is to use unsinged long which would give +4,294,967,295 Or use a 64Bit Compiler (+9,223,372,036,854,775,807) , but that i don't think will then ...

Full Ref i used was
%INDI.FAMS[1]>MARR[1].DATE%, %INDI.FAMS[1]>MARR[1].PLAC%
which give Date and Place, note will only show for First Marriages as denoted by FAMS[1], if want 2nd marriages then add extra lines changing the 1 to a 2.

Under report Options, you need to add an extra line to Family Members Main Items, and insert data reference for Spouse Marriage date and Place.

How many times removed?
For all those who are now totally confused about relationships. The Chart Chris refers to takes the Generational Cousinship first and then works the removal, rather than take nearest Cousinship and then take removal. Both of which seem to have a certain logic to them. See Chart below. http://www.fhu...

Would think the reason, apart from keeping registry simple, is because if you double click on a GEDCOM file will open up FH. How is it supoosed to know which version you want to open it with.
As only one will be default version. so you could end up opening a ver4 gedcom with ver3 or vice versa.

Having just tried it. Would say that they have decided that for 1837-1915 will use FreeBMD Indexes. Although they are incomplete and still have errors. [grin] Untill they allow wildcard searches for surnames, heres a tip which i picked up from elsewhere, In surname field just put a comma, you may need to put extra info so that number of searches returned is small, but managed to find my GreatGreatGrandMother as her surname is incorrectly transcribed.
