Hi Jane yes I have even deleted them and re-entered them they do not appear

Since upgrading to V4 I am having problems with the record flags missing in the diagrams.  I have made sure that the icons appear in the diagram options.   They worked perfectly on V3 can anyone help me with what I need to do.

I am running as administrator but it keeps saying that it is unable to save the file.

Make sure you are running the editing program as an administrator.
