Installing on two computers

I have version 5 installed on my desktop computer. I would like to also install it on a laptop - not to edt in any way, but to be able to look at when I'm not at home (visiting relatives to talk about it etc).
Is this possible?

Thanks

Vista

Thank you Jane

I'm still undecided when to splash out on a new laptop - I may wait for the 'January Sales', and so may have the opportunity to have Vista pre-installed.

Vista

In the next few weeks I will probably be investing in a new laptop, which, if I delay, may well be Vista rather than XP.
Will Family Historian (ver 3) run with it?

Apologies if this has ben asked before.

Crystal Reports

I use Crystal at work - primarily interrogating SQL and Oracle databases. I can't see a use for it with Family Historian (but then, I'm just a beginner here), without access to the schema and sight of the tables.

Ahnentafel number

Having run a standard ancestor report, there are columns labelled 'Ahnentafel number'. What is it?

Narrative reports - use of ';was'; and is

Hello Please forgive me if this has been asked before (I only got FH a couple of days ago). In the Narrative Report, it says (eg) 'He was a fireman', when the individual is still alive. Is it possible to change to 'is a fireman' etc, if there is not date of death. ie the individual is still alive? I...
