Downloading files

I managed to clear the fault today but I've fiddled with so many setting on my PC I don't know how I cured it.

Had to go out so shut down. Booted up, tried a test download and bish, bash, bosh, there was the test file sitting on my desktop. [smile]

Microsoft support team sent me an email yesterday with instructions to try. Emailed back stating fault not cleared. They have just emailed me telling me fault has been passed to Microsoft Research.

Protection mode has always been on.

This problem started on Thursday.

Example: I'm downloading from Ancestry to C:UsersSteveFamily HistoryBMDMumMarriage.
Have been using this setup for years on Xp and for the last few months on WIN7, (which is giving the problem). IE8 on both PC's.

When generating Narrative Reports, Ancestors or Descendants by Generation, the Header shows the persons name on the Generation pages but is removed on the Source pages.

Is this an known issue or is there something wrong with my setup ?
