Marriages Discussion

I do have loads of Baptism Records that have address, Occupation and date of birth details. Plus a few Private Baptisms. I'd rather not have to go back to enter this information.

Have you tried Nick Walker's excellent program Ancestral Sources for entering Census details. It's free and avaliable from the FHUG Home Page, (Right-hand side of page).

It removes all the hard work and is a doddle to use.

Trying to build my first Event/Attribute

Thanks for your replies.I think I'll take a bit from each of your posts. My 2x Great Grandfathers had a thing about appearing at the Bailey. I've got another 2 who were witnesses in different cases. All around the first half of the 19th centuary. And to cap it all I did one of my Jury services there...

Nick, Made my first entry under Infirmity and have an issue with the output in reports. The sentence doesn't scan. He was described as Water on Brain from birth. Taken it further, He was described as Deaf and Dumb or He was described as Lunatic. Wouldn't it be better just to use 'Infirmity Recorded:...

Property box does not open from diagrams

What catches me out is when I move the box down to the bottom, nearly off the screen.

Go to - Tools > Prefernce > Property Box and change setting for Record Window to Docked.
