Making the chart vertical is just the matter of a tickbox, but I don't understand what else ejp's diagram doesn't achieve against your criteria. Perhaps you could post a diagram as an example? FH diagrams are very flexible and I'm sure what you want can be achieved.

Colin, In TNG try going into Admin -> Custom Event Types. Make sure the CENS tag shows ACCEPT (and not IGNORE) in the 'On Import' Column.
