I would be tempted to keep it simple. Create a Generic Source called something like "NFHS - Baptism Database Search 2022-02-27". Attach both of the images you have supplied here as media items. Then cite this source for each of the facts that you create from it.

Yes, I get exactly the same error when I run that code.

The loop count at which it fails changes with each run. Sometimes it will reach 30, sometimes it will not reach 15.

If you right-click the diagram and choose Diagram Options, then the Print tab, you should be able to turn these lines off.

I have a 1921 example of one address that has THREE households and therefore three schedule documents: My great-grandmother and husband in one, her daughter and son in law in another, and her son and daughter-in-law in another. I can see Witness events in the All tab, and they appear to show all the people marked as witnesses and also where one person has more than one role (if this is what you mean by multiplicity). I can't comment on your other points, sorry.
