Just to let everybody know, i have been trying to help Hilary offline, with no success[frown]. I have not been able to recreate the effect she is seeing, and suppling her with working test files, she still gets the same problem. I have created a series for the main 'events', so i have : 'Military Enlistment' - on this i record the service number, the date/place joined and which force (i.e. British Army, Royal Navy, etc...

  Thats why i asked if you could upload it to the format, or if you perfer to email to me. I can then try attaching it to a dummy file to see if it is a image issue or somthing within FH that just does not like your file.

Prehaps the reporting should be changed to say 'family' rather than marriage, as marriage is an attribute of the family group (and reported as such).

Can you please give an example of where the source note you are trying to put in the query is located as the heirachy on the query matches the structures on the all tab of the individual. so if you could provide that info, then we should be able to work out which not you need.
