Mike OK noted. From what you say I assume that I cannot get BMD to act like As then and automatically add the Flag entry to the property 'All' Tab. Also if I go your route will I or do I need to remove all the Flags that I have set on the 'All' tab or simply go the new way and not add any more? Robert
