Family Historian User Group

I have just had an almost identical problem trying to install v 2.1.8 (which is incidently the version Amazon are currently shipping). None of the Microsoft articles helped but copying a copy of autoexec.nt and config.nt from the directory C:windowsrepair to C:windowssystem32 did the trick. Good luc...
