I think we have come to an end on this one. I have heard nothing back from Tech Support since my last reply. I just have to live with the fact that FH5 crashes on exit.

As you are aware Tech Support are now on the case. However I do have some Samsung software i.e a network Samsung laser printer. I have now removed the Samsung software and printer driver. FH5 crash on exit
Does anyone have a problem with FH5 crashing on exit? FH4 was fine. My computer is quite new and a powerful system. Nothing else ever causes any probs. Tech support suggested it was my AV. OK, point taken I will contact Calico. However I simply paid for the upgrade and admit I did not read anything else (rushing!). So yes, more fool me. But I still think it not altogether reasonable to sell this knowing that it will cost the customer approx. £8 more going this route. I will post back ...
