Have you tried the births indexes in the local Register offices? My gg grandmother does not appear in the GRO births index, but Leeds register office were able to supply me with a birth certificate from their local register. during the process of copying entries from the local offices for submission...

On a family group sheet report I have just printed, it numbers the source attached to each event, and then lists the sources at the end of the report, which is good. Death dates in events tab
On the events tab of an individual, you can currently see the BMD dates of the individual & also the births of any children. It would be useful to have the option to display the deaths of the persons's spouse or parents, as quite often shortly afterwards the person tends to move, etc. Jeremy ID:213
