I've dug a little deeper, and it is quite easy to obtain the OP's original expression using the Data Reference Assistant: %INDI.FAMS[1]>~SPOU[1]>NATI[1]% I used it beside my original expression and got different results. I used the Data Reference Assistant and obtained the following which worked perfectly.
The absence of MARRiage information per se would not matter.

The GEDCOM Standard does not support quarter dates per se and an FH GEDCOM file stores a date such as Q1 1899 as follows:
n DATE BET JAN 1899 AND MAR 1899.

A good text editor, which I use for all sorts of applications including GEDCOM and LUA files is PSPad.

IrfanView has an option to automatically convert every page of a PDF to a series of JPG files with _page_nnnn appended to the filename.

If you know a person has died, you can (and perhaps should?) add a Death event, without any details such as Date, Place, Source if those details are unknown. Then FH won't calculate an Age as if the person is still alive.

Yes, and a tick in the box does not imply selected. Multiple records can be selected as usual by using shift or ctrl plus enter.

You can type the required data instead, but you need to use ctrl+enter rather than enter to get a new line.
