There are various letter o with accents over between 0240 and 0246 so try them out to see if the one you want is there. Also if you have a look at the Character Map as Gerry suggested you should be able to see the options for yourself.

For information I've now sent a version of Gedcom Census to Steve with a fix for the problem. Steve has reported that his issue is now resolved. You could try copying the file from another computer with XP on it, copying it in to the C:windowssystem32 and then registering it using the second of the commands I suggested.
