It probably is either a Windows or Norton problem: have had a computer doctor in today and many of the problems on my XP machine were down to Norton. His suggestion was to uninstall then re-install the software but thought I'd ask in case someone had something else to suggest first. Going backwards ...

Installed V3 on new Vista system. Worked OK for 3 to 4 months, now get error message 'Family Historian has stopped working'
Has anyone else had this experience? If so, how did you fix it? (Same problem with Firefox - haven't been able to solve that either!)
