You can edit text/titles in the same way as you would edit text if you were using a word-processing program such as Microsoft Word: simply highlight the incorrect text and delete it, then insert the correct text.

This has been raised before. I think the problem is that FH complies with the Gedcom standard, and the Gedcom specification does not allow for age in weeks. Converting weeks to days might give a false sense of accuracy, as for example '6 weeks' is likely to be approximate rather than exactly 42 days...
