Like Teresa, I now sometimes see a blank where the tree should appear. It happens after using the tree when recording data from one census and then switching to a different census year but selecting the same person as the tree root. If a different person is selected the tree displays correctly.

The tree display is a great idea. It meets a need that I didn't know I had.

It's a very long time since I used V3 so I can't remember much about it I'm afraid. Are you saying that when you actually have a report open the report options are still inactive? Have you been able to access the report options in the past? Try searching for "Report Options" in the Help files in V3....
