Have you tried using a Text Box in the chart, as described in the paragraph in the Knowledge Base page? Admittedly if you want to add as much as two or three paragraphs of text with the image it might be difficult to fit it all in the same chart as the image.

You can't do it with a text page, but you can add pictures to a book as a Chart. Start by adding the image to a blank diagram and save it as a Family Historian Chart. Like Teresa, I now sometimes see a blank where the tree should appear. It happens after using the tree when recording data from one census and then switching to a different census year but selecting the same person as the tree root. If a different person is selected the tree displays correctly.

The tree display is a great idea. It meets a need that I didn't know I had.
