I have been trying, without success, to produce a query to output the siblings for every RecordId in FH. Hmmmm...well I shut down FH and then restarted it and the problem is back again - shuts down after approx 1 min!  Grrrrr!  I have a call reference number from BT so will call them again - but probably tomorrow now!

Well done as advised by BT and so far so good - FH been up and running for nearly 10 mins so far. For info - removed McAfee, restarted as need by McAfee but then did a cold reboot to make sure McAfee was removed from memory before doing a McAfee reinstall.
